By using MacGameNet, you agree to the following Terms, the MacGameNet Agreement:

1. MacGameNet is a "free of charge"- multiplayer online gaming service for the macintosh. It is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty of any kind. We are not responsible if your personal environment should be damaged as a result of using MacGameNet!
2. The MacGameNet administrator team has the right to terminate your ability to access MacGameNet permanently, for any reason, without notice.
3. You are responsible for any content that you post or transmit on or through MacGameNet and it's available services. You will not use the service to distribute content that:
- is unlawful, harmful to minors, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, gratuitously violent, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive
- advocates or solicits violence or other criminal conduct
- violates any law, regulation, or contract
- contains pirated or illegal software or crack serial numbers that are designed to circumvent proper software licensing and registration
- contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment
4. You allow us to send you E-Mails containing important information about MacGameNet. You alse agree that we display your E-Mail address to all administrators of MacGameNet and to your teammates and clanmates in MacGameNet services.
5. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, and will keep your password(s) confidential. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You will not disrupt the functioning of the service, solicit another user's password, or otherwise act in a way that interferes with other users' use of the service.
6. MacGameNet has to send information about your games and your network back to it's server. This is used to provide a network between different people to play online. Whatever else you do on your computer while using MacGameNet and it's services does NOT interest us. We will NOT query your computer for other things than mentioned!
7. We have the right to let our built-in anti cheat software search your game's folders for cheats / hacks or other software which gives you an unnormal advantage which other players do not have. When we can find the mentioned software / tools / programms inside your game's folders, you will we banned from the MacGameNet and it's services and we reserve the right to inform your provider and any 3rd persons we want about what we found, including your ip address.
8. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notification at our discretion. You are responsible to inform yourself of changes.

If you use MacGameNet, you totally agree all of these points!
Should one of these points be disregarded by you, it may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed).
